Flower Rota @ St. Thomas Church

Karl and Kasey Channell
Are coming to England 28th September – 3rd October and are looking for accommodation, ideally cheap or free. They would love to house swap or house sit. They are a family of 10 but can manage with 3 rooms. House swap does not have to be simultaneous; they have a modest home with 4 bedrooms in Lake Tahoe. Benefice Changes
In September St. Thomas will start to attend services in Albury on alternate weeks, September 14th at St. Peter and St. Pauls @ 09:30.
September 28th is the Benefice Harvest Festival in the Old Saxon Church, Albury @ 10:00.
Railway Level Crossing Closures
14th September both level crossings in Chilworth will be closed, so travelling from one end of the village to the other will be difficult.
Wreath Laying service 10:45
A senior member of the New Zealand government will be laying a wreath at the grave of Lieutenant-General Freyberg in a simple service before the Mattins service at 11:15am
Ride and Stride 13th September
Andy Coleman will be representing St Martha’s and St Thomas' for this year’s ride and stride event to raise money for church restoration and repair. If you would like to sponsor him, please donate

Used Stamps for Oxfam
